One had spent seven years as a software engineer at a major local bank, while the other was studying business, bringing experience from aviation and technology. Despite having no background in fragrances, we shared a fascination with how scent can capture moments and emotions.

What started as a casual conversation over dinner about how different aromas evoke memories, emotions, and stories quickly became an obsession. That very night, we made our first major purchase to dive into the world of perfumery. With no formal experience in the fragrance industry, we knew we were stepping into uncharted territory, but that didn’t deter us. We spent countless nights studying the nuances of perfume chemistry, far removed from our day jobs and academic pursuits.
