How do I contact Epilogue?

Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver?
All orders placed on Epilogue's website can be delivered only to addresses in Singapore. For more information, please contact us by filling out this enquiry form.
What are my shipping options?
Epilogue offers only the standard delivery option.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to change their shipping address once an order has been placed.
How can I return or exchange an order?
All orders placed at Epilogue cannot be exchanged; however, they may be returned to request a refund. Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the delivery date and must include the original packaging and receipt. Opened products are not eligible for return, and all returns are subject to Epilogue's discretion.
Refunds will be processed to the card or payment method used for the purchase. Please be aware that the processing time for refunds may vary by bank. Please fill out this enquiry form and we will get in touch with you.

How do I create an account?
From the login page, click the 'Create Account' link. This will direct you to a form where you'll need to fill in the required information before clicking 'Create'. Once logged in, you will be able to:
- Change account information, such as your address and password
- View order details
How do I access my account?
To access your account, click the human icon in the top-right corner of your screen to go to the login page. Then, enter your username and password to log in.
How do I change/reset my account password?
If you'd like to change your account password, please click the 'Forgot Your Password' link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
Online Orders
How do I place an order?
After selecting the product you wish to purchase, choose your desired quantity and either click 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now'. By clicking 'Add to Cart', the product will be added to your cart. You can view or edit the cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and then proceed to checkout. If you select 'Buy Now', you will be immediately directed to the checkout page.
Once you've placed an order, you will receive the following:
- A confirmation page with your order number
- A confirmation email
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you require a refund for defective products, please contact us by filling out this enquiry form.
Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I access my order receipt?
Your order receipt will be attached to the confirmation email sent to you after making a purchase through Epilogue. Alternatively, you can access your order history by visiting your profile page. To do this, simply log in to your account and click the human icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
How will my order be packed?
Every order placed through Epilogue is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Each item will be bubble-wrapped and the entire parcel sealed securely.

Can I purchase without registering for an account?
You may make a purchase without registering for an account; however, we encourage our customers to register so they can access their past purchase history and save their information.
